ONLINE APPOINTMENTS – Payments must be made at least 1 hour prior to your session.
FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS – Your payment will be processed at the end of your appointment (Unless you have a prior arrangement with your practitioner).
REFUNDS – Refunds will not be issued on product purchases, unless the item you receive is damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please email lumehealing@outlook.com with any queries.
I authorise Lume Healing to charge my account for late rescheduling, late cancellation (<8hrs) or if I fail to attend my scheduled appointment.
The practitioner sets aside their time for you and if you decide not to attend your appointment at short notice or don’t bother to show, then it’s less likely your appointment time can be used by anyone else.
Courtesy SMS and email reminders will be sent, unless requested otherwise and we do understand and appreciate how daily events can cause you to miss your appointment.
If 8 hours notice is not provided for cancellation or rescheduling, a $80 fee is payable. A client who ‘fails to attend’ their appointment a $80.00 fee is payable.
Note: we have taken into careful consideration our client’s situation, while trying to maintain the ongoing sustainability of Lume
Healing and believe this policy fee is fair & reasonable considering the APS guidelines for cancellation fees is: 0 – 24 Hours notice @100% of the full fee.
In case of emergency I understand that Lume healing does not provide emergency services and it is best to call Lifeline: 131 114, 000 or attend my local hospital emergency department instead.
